General
- In these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"), "Watsons" or "we" or "us" means Watson's Personal Care Pte. Ltd. and the "customer" or "you" means any person, firm, company, or body which places an order with us. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Corporate Website (https://corporatesales.watsons.com.sg/) ("our Corporate Website") . By using our Corporate Website or any part of it, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
- We shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products at our Corporate Website are up-to-date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to our acceptance at our sole discretion and stock availability.
- All photos and images of the products displayed on our Corporate Website are for illustration purposes in order to help you recognise the products only. The actual size, dimension and colour of the products may differ.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you intend to purchase are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements. We do not warrant that the products for sale in our Corporate Website will meet your individual requirements. You acknowledge that the products purchased by you are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirement/s that you may have.
- We shall make every effort to ensure product(s) displayed at our Corporate Website are in stock. If from time to time any products become out of stock, we reserve the right to offer alternative product(s) of similar value and style.
- All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and we reserve the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable.
- In these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"), "Watsons" or "we" or "us" means Watson's Personal Care Pte. Ltd. and the "customer" or "you" means any person, firm, company, or body which places an order with us. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Corporate Website (https://corporatesales.watsons.com.sg/) ("our Corporate Website") . By using our Corporate Website or any part of it, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

Registration
- You are required to register as a user before placing any order through our Corporate Website:
- This Corporate Website is for our corporate customers. To register for an account, you are required to submit details as set out in the registration page of our Corporate Website (click the "SIGN UP" button at the top right corner in the main page of the Corporate Website). Our dedicated Account Manager will reach out to you via email once we have received the sign-up request.
- You must provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information such as Company UEN, Billing Entity Name, Type of Industry, Billing address, Delivery address, Operating hours, Lunch time to avoid, Number of employees in the Office, Number of employees in the site if any, Person in-charge ("PIC") for Ordering, Contact number of PIC, Email address of PIC, Person in-charge for Invoice, Contact number of PIC, Email address of PIC.
- If your sign-up request is approved by us at our absolute discretion, you will be provided with a username and password for login. You should change the password when you login your account for the first time. You must safeguard your username and password.
- You authorise us to assume that any person using the Corporate Website with your username and password is duly authorized to act for you.
- We have the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer and to terminate the registration of any customer for any reason whatsoever.
- Please inform us via email: shopforbusiness@watsons.com.sg immediately of any changes to the information that you provided so that we can communicate with you effectively.
- In the event that your account is not used for a specified period (currently 2 years), we will, for your own and our protection, deem your account to be no longer in use, and we will deactivate your account and you will not be able to login and all your purchase order history transactions will be removed from our Corporate Website. You will need to reapply for a new account if you wish to make use our Corporate Website.

Privacy protection
We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of individuals with respect to personal data. We therefore make sure that our policies and practices in relation to the collection, use, retention, transfer and access of personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 under the laws of Singapore. Order
- You can view our products and prices after logging in your account. All products prices listed are in Singapore dollars. The prices listed in our Corporate Website may be differ from the prices of the same products in other Watsons website (www.watsons.com.sg), e-stores, apps or physical stores ("Other Watsons Stores"). The applicable price of a product placed under our Corporate Website shall be the price listed in the Corporate Website.
- Orders are subject to confirmation: All orders from you are subject to confirmation and we reserve the right to reject the order (or any part of the order) without giving any reasons.
- You can place an order via the Corporate Website. We will send email notification(s) to your PIC's email address provided by you either to inform you that (i) we are unable to accept your order (for example due to payment issue or due to unavailable stock); OR (ii) confirm acceptance of your order and advise the date and time of delivery or availability for collection at a designated physical store.
- Our Corporate Website only accepts orders for delivery to the specified delivery address in Singapore, or collection at a designated Watsons physical store located in Singapore.
- Placing an order means you agree to purchase products or services and appoint us to deliver the same on your behalf to your specified delivery address or for collection at a designated physical store (as the case may be) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- An Official Tax Invoice will be sent to your PIC's email once the order has been paid, completed and delivered. If an order is paid by advance payment, you can request the Official Tax Invoice from Watsons Finance Team via email to: FinancePO@watsons.com.sg as well.
- We offer a fixed price on the Corporate Website and is not affected by any promotions in Other Watsons Stores (e.g. Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Watsons Membership Promo Sale). All the prices in our Corporate Website are inclusive of GST. Pricing is subject to review for orders with a total value exceeding $5,000. Any price adjustments will be dependent on order quantity and product type and subject to our absolute discretion.
- You can view our products and prices after logging in your account. All products prices listed are in Singapore dollars. Others
- Basis of supply: we only serve and deliver products to corporate customers. We are not selling our products for re-sell purpose. If we have grounds to believe that you are not purchasing our products for your own corporate use, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order.
- Force majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond our control.
- You shall not assign, transfer or otherwise any of your rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any other third party without our prior written consent.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to be illegal or invalid, they shall be removed from these terms and it shall not affect the legality, validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions embody the entire agreement between the parties and they supersede all previous negotiations, representations and agreement between the parties.
- We have the right, at any time, or from time to time, by giving prior notice to you, to modify or vary or supplement all or any of the provisions under these Terms and Conditions.
- If any dispute arises, our determination shall be final.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the customer and Watsons agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singaporean courts. We may revise the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Basis of supply: we only serve and deliver products to corporate customers. We are not selling our products for re-sell purpose. If we have grounds to believe that you are not purchasing our products for your own corporate use, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order.

Payment terms
- Two payment terms are available at our absolute discretion:
- advance payment; or
- 30 days credit terms for purchases worth up to $2,000 every month. If you would like to have credit payment (i.e. 30 days credit terms), you shall submit to us your latest ACRA Bizfile and the latest 3 months' bank statements and last 3 years' Profit & Loss Statements for consideration. Credit terms payment is subject to our approval whose decision will be final.
- We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, MasterCard and AMEX for payment made in our physical store;
- Online Bank Transfer and PayNow to company UEN.
- Gift Vouchers: Watsons Gift Vouchers are not redeemable at our Corporate Website.
- Where there are additional charges for delivery, such charges will be set out separately for your acknowledgement and confirmation prior to proceeding to payment.
- Minimum purchase amount to qualify for free delivery at our Corporate Website is $500 including GST.
- Two payment terms are available at our absolute discretion:

Delivery service for purchases at Watsons Corporate Website
(applicable if you have selected to have your order(s) delivered to a designated delivery address within Singapore.)
- Corporate customers can enjoy free delivery for minimum purchases of $500.
- Delivery service is available to offices and commercial buildings addressed in Singapore except certain restricted areas like Base Camp, Airport Cargo, Training Camp, Airbase, Overhaul complex, Shipyard, Prison, Jurong Port, Jurong Island, Military Institute. Deliveries to restricted areas would be subject to our confirmation and if so confirmed, delivery will have a surcharge of $30.00 per order. We will dispatch the deliveries as scheduled to the best of our ability. Should you have any inquiry about delivery, please feel free to contact us via email: shopforbusiness@watsons.com.sg
- After your order has been accepted, we will confirm with you about the expected delivery time and date via email. Please check whether all your purchased items are delivered against the order confirmation (as the case may be), and then acknowledge to our courier to confirm your receipt of goods.
- In case where the deliveries are delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather conditions), we will try our best to arrange the products to be delivered within 7 business working days. For urgent orders, please drop us an email to: shopforbusiness@watsons.com.sg
- If you fail to receive your purchased products upon the first delivery appointment(s) or you give us inaccurate information on your address, you need to contact us via email: shopforbusiness@watsons.com.sg to arrange another delivery appointment within 7 business working days. We reserve the right to (i) charge you an additional delivery fee for subsequent delivery(es); or (ii) arrange your ordered goods to be collected by you in one of our stores.
- All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.
- In case of any dispute, our determination shall be final.
- Corporate customers can enjoy free delivery for minimum purchases of $500.

Store pickup service for purchases at Watsons Corporate Website
(applicable if you have selected to collect your order(s) at a designated physical store within Singapore.)
- The ordered goods will be available for collection at the designated physical store within 7 business working days. You will be notified by us via email when your ordered goods are available for collection.
- Please collect your purchased item(s) at your selected physical store within 3 business working days from the designated date of collection during the specified business hours of the selected physical store.
- When you pick up the product in our physical store, you or your authorised representative will be required to produce the printed copy of the order self-collection email confirmation, signed and chop quotation and proof of payment. Present the printed copy to our store staff. Store staff may need you to provide further information or document(s) to verify your identity (such as your full name or other personal information under your account profile) and the identity of your authorised representative. If we are not satisfied that the person requesting to collect your order(s) is yourself or your authorised representative, we will refuse the collection of the order(s) in order to safeguard your interest. Store staff may verify your identification and assist you accordingly with the collection.
- Once the order is confirmed, we cannot change the selected store for collection.
- If your selected store is closed due to weather or any other uncontrollable factors, you may pick up the products in the same store on the next business working day when the store is opened.
- The ordered goods will be available for collection at the designated physical store within 7 business working days. You will be notified by us via email when your ordered goods are available for collection.

Exchange and refund
- You are required to examine the goods upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages. If any product is found to be expired, missing, incorrect or damaged inside after receiving the delivery or collection at our designated physical store, claims for return and exchange must be lodged via email to: shopforbusiness@watsons.com.sg by submitting a photo of the product/item to us, stating the Order confirmation number, Product code and Quantity of the expired, missing, incorrect or damaged item within the next 3 business working days from the date of delivery or the date of collection; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claims. All requests for return and exchange will be reviewed on case-by-case basis and subjected to the company's approval.
- Return and exchange of products can be arranged for the following reasons:
- If the product is expired / incorrect/ damaged, in its original packaging upon delivery.
- If the product is expired / incorrect/ damaged, in its original packaging upon collection at the store. In such case, you are required to return the products with the original packaging to us.
- Watsons reserve the rights to reject any exchange or return for opened or used product. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
- Medicine, hygiene-sensitive products & Watsons gift card sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable
- Products are return and exchange at the prices stated on the order confirmation via the original payment mode.
- Corporate purchase is not applicable for accumulating any Watsons membership points.
- Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be produced to us for request of a product exchange and/or return.
- You are required to examine the goods upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages. Cancellation
- We may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason or any other reasons which caused an order not able to be fulfilled. We will notify you if this is the case.
- You are not allowed to cancel the order once an Order Confirmation is issued. If you wish to seek further information or assistance, kindly contact us via email: shopforbusiness@watsons.com.sg within 2 business working days once the order has been confirmed. Our business hours are from 8:30am to 6:00pm.
- We may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason or any other reasons which caused an order not able to be fulfilled. We will notify you if this is the case.

Others
- Title to the product shall remain vested in us until we receive full payment of the price, and title and risk shall pass to the customer upon collection of the product(s) by our delivery team or by the customer.
- We shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss (whether direct or indirect) of revenue, loss of profits or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever suffered, sustained or incurred by you or by other person arising (directly or indirectly) out of the sale and purchase transaction with you.
- Title to the product shall remain vested in us until we receive full payment of the price, and title and risk shall pass to the customer upon collection of the product(s) by our delivery team or by the customer.
